This policy explains how The blocks Marketing Services (“The Blocks”, “we”), licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under licence no. 1657598, handles personal data collected through theblocksmarketing.com. We follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Details you choose to send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, company, phone number and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages visited, held in server logs.
• Analytics cookies, only if you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver services you have contracted us for.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and only as needed to provide the service. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept as long as UAE law requires for accounting and contracts.

Your rights
